First Year Engineering

Placement Orientation and Awareness: Placement Orientation and Awareness on various rounds like Aptitude, Group Discussion, Technical round, and Human Resource round involved in the recruitment process. Highlights on project based learning, appearing for different competitive exams, need of internships and certification courses.

Soft Skill Session: Various sessions on soft skills, effective resume writing, building interpersonal relations, strong communication skills, SWOT analysis and email etiquettes.

level 1 Aptitude Training: level 1 Aptitude training to build basic logical reasoning and quantitative ability that aids in laying a foundation to a higher level of Aptitude.

Second Year Engineering

Level 2 Aptitude Training: Level 2 Aptitude training to crack internships and prepare for placements in collaboration with ReferenceGlobe, recognized as the best platform by top universities across India and Aptimitra by Ethuns. Aptitude is part of the regular curriculum monitored by the placement faculties to ensure students practice regularly like any other subject.

Industry-Academia Collaboration: We have Interactive sessions with the Industry experts guiding and creating awareness on the latest developments in the industry and orienting them towards their choice of profession. We have regular interactions with various organizations including Indian Army, Indian Navy, Merchant Navy, Infosys, IBM, TCS, Wipro, Japan based Companies

Third Year Engineering

Aptitude and Technical Training: Technical training by 10 SECONDS is conducted through its huge resource pool of trainers/consultants with vast experience in real time as well as corporate training on the skill sets ranging from Information Technology to level 3 Aptitude. Various workshops are conducted (short term and long terms) to enhance the skill sets.

Internships: Internships to the students is provided in various organizations based on their interests to enhance their professional competence and be industry ready. We provide internship opportunities in companies like Infosys, Rakuten, Wipro, TCS to name a few. We also cater paid internships extending to nal year students

Fourth Year Engineering

Campus Recruitment Drives: Access to Campus Recruitment drives, we offer opportunities in over 160 Companies of repute.

Company Specific Training: This is a unique feature of the training provided to the students at Campus. The training aims to concentrate on the topics covered by top 10 Product and Service companies that visit our Campus every year. The training is designed to emphasize on certain topics such as Quantitative, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability specific to Companies.

Higher Studies: Counselling, group workshops, classes and one-on-one sessions on Higher studies. Sambhrams Training Placement & Career Guidance (TPCG) Cell has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with various global leaders in international education services and they offer opportunities for higher education in different countries.

Alumni Interaction: Alumni mentoring students in their areas of expertise to enhance their professional competence and be industry ready.
